It is a state of serenity, tranquillity, or peace. Calmness comes when you bring awareness to what’s happening and what you’re thinking. When your thoughts are all over the place, it’s difficult to see things as they really are.The ability to calm your mind when you’re under pressure is crucial to a healthy mindset.☑️

You’ve to realize deeply that the present moment is all you have. Remind yourself you’re not your thoughts. Accept that thoughts arise naturally, and not disgrace your thoughts and yourself for the chaos going on in your mind. You can breathe deep, give gratitude to someone or to nature, you can smile to yourself and maybe to a stranger, eat your favourite food, dance, sing, watch movies and so much more, to calm yourself.?

When your mind is at peace you are much more capable of dealing and tackling with the situations that are a chaos in your life. When you’ve peace, you can enjoy life in better ways, you can understand things better and utilise your time, efforts and resources the right way. A calm mind is an epicenter of creativity, you can become the best version of yourself. You will be in contentment if you’re mind is calm.?

Just remember that you are the sky and  everything else, it’s just the weather. So you can have peace, cuz you’re doing your best.!!!?❤️

Never Be Guilty

The beauty of life is, while we can’t undo what is done, but we can see it, understand it, learn from it and change ourselves and our lives so that every new moment is not spent in regret, guilt, fear or anger but in wisdom, understanding and love.❤️

Mistakes are made, we are all humans, we can make mistakes and do a lot of bad things, but the fact that we weren’t born bad and we weren’t taught to do bad, but the situations and circumstances made us act in a certain way and made us do something which is or which might be bad.

As we can’t change what is already done, we can just admit it, accept it and forgive ourselves as we were a prey of time, situation, and responsibilities. And the least we could do is stop wearing the guilt of your past.❎

Guilt and regret about the past aren’t serving your present. In fact, because of that guilt, you aren’t fully enjoying your current life. Whether it is guilt about letting go of something in your closet that you spent too much on, or guilt about a past relationship or anything in between, or the guilt of you did someone wrong, and so on, you have paid enough. You’ve paid with your money, time, attention and emotion. You can stop paying now.❎

 Being guilty is going to take you no where but will be a barrier in where ever you aim to go. Let go, apologize, forgive and choose to live free of guilt and regret.?❤️

Stop wearing the weight of other people’s expectations and judgements.

One of the most astounding realisations I made in my high school, where I used to be very conscious about how I looked, what I wore, what hairstyles to make and so much more, is that…Why was I trying to please anyone with my clothing choices? Why was I trying to please anyone with my life choices???

Giving myself permission to let go of my need to meet other people’s expectations or to feel any kind of way based on judgements (good or bad) of others,  helps me to trust myself and allows me to love my life regardless of outside feedback. I’m not good or bad or right or wrong because of what anyone else thinks. I can’t control what they think and I’m not going to change myself  because of some people who lack self-love and self-esteem, so they try and pull others down, making themselves feel better.?

It’s a relief to know that I can love you and not care what you think about me at the same time.?
When you stop wearing the weight of other people’s expectations and judgements, you’ll be light.✨
Wearing these things is wearing you down. You can stop now and start living the way you want, wearing things that you like, eating whatever you want to and loving and hanging around with the people that resonate to you.❤️

What other people say or think is so not your problem, you just have to be the true self that you’re and anyone who has a problem with that, can either choose some other path or change themselves to be with you. ?❤️

A good place to lean on, is to lean on yourself.! Your belief in yourself, leads you to being self-sufficient and going above what the world offers is a sign of self-empowerment.?

Amongst the trillions of species in this world, it is a human being who has the ability to completely be free. A human being can truly be free from the dependence of the various conditions of the world, on other people and on the external factors such as someone else’s behaviour towards you.?

All that which is needed for anyone to live, progress and prosper is already in us, inbuilt and inborn. Yet we humans constantly look outside. We believe that something outside will give us freedom and make us happy, as if we have a lack of something inside us, as if we need outside world to make us live/survive.?

But we must not forget our inherent strength and capabilities. Going above what the world offers is surely a powerful capacity within us, which we require to embrace more. Innately we humans have the capacity to adapt, adjust and overcome challenges. This capacity is our inherent strength. It lifts us helping to go beyond the dependence on others and be free.?

To be able to cope with any circumstances with the inherent qualities within us is being free. Say, if you are in a cold environment, you have the capacity to make yourself warm. You would ensure to protect yourself and make sure that you have everything that you need to sustain through the cold environment. And this is overcoming your challenges on your own. You are not victimised by the environment. Rather you show that you can cope with is and rise above.?

And YOU ARE ENOUGH FOR YOURSELF.!❤️

What we focus on grows

Radiate Love

It is easy to fall into the habit of condemning others, even those we love the most. We criticize the way someone eats or the manner in which they speak. We focus on the minutest details and find faults with the smallest of the issues. But what we focus on grows. And if we keep focusing on the small weaknesses in someone, it will continue to grow in our minds until we perceive it to be a big problem in that person.?

A time would come that we will start seeing that person as a lowly being because of our mind criticizing them at all times and in all ways, which will ultimately be the beginning of the end of our relationship with them. We are all human beings, we all fall in traps, the traps of life which make us go deeper and deeper into being the victim of negativity. ?

We start assuming things and scenarios which are not even true and which will not even be happening. But based on these negative assumptions we start judging people, we start calling them out, we start to somewhere hate them without even realizing how and what all this would affect the other person and us at the same time.?

To live a happier, more peaceful life, we need to begin to see that the richness of our society comes from its diversity. What makes relationships, communities and countries great are not the things that we have in common but the differences that make us unique.?

Every person you meet, every friend you make, every relationship you get into, every acquaintance of yours has their own good-s and bad-s, all of them carry baggage including you, yourself . Rather than looking for things to criticize in those around you, let us just begin to respect each other’s differences. ?

Problems are just small phase of life, not whole life.

Life is not permanent You have choices

There are times when it feels like our world is falling apart. There are times when you feel your life is slipping away from your hands & your friends, relationships, acquaintances, situations are no more in your favor but just against you. All the things have just turned totally opposite of what you thought of them to be.?

Yes, this is a normal situation, a phase in everyone’s life, which we often call as ‘the worst phase of our lives’ & sometimes we actually can’t avoid them because obviously the lessons are to be learnt. And in such situations the life gives us choices which are generally two-


1. Give up on everything that’s happening at the moment & leave it all & accept your defeat.

2. Accept & acknowledge that bad times have come but be sure that they will pass so & act accordingly to make things work the right way. ?

What matters the most are the choices that you make & the routes that you take. Because trust me when I say this “YOUR CURRENT SITUATIONS ARE NOT PERMANENT & YOU’RE NOT STUCK”. You can make choices & change your life for good. “YOU’RE NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO IS SEEING PROBLEMS & GOING THROUGH TOUGH TIMES; YOU’RE NOT ALONE IN THE JOURNEY OF LIFE.”?

You’ll find so many more passengers, some of them could be a life lesson for you to learn while some of them could help you learn your life lessons. But you’ll only meet these beautiful passengers if you choose to fight & get through the rough times. THESE PROBLEMS ARE JUST A SMALL PART/PHASE OF YOUR LIFE & NOT YOUR WHOLE LIFE. YOUR LIFE IS MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN ALL OF THIS! ?

So choose wisely because problems come in everyone’s life, but how you deal with them is what defines you as a person! ♥️

It is OK to feel your feelings

Sometimes it feels like no one cares about you, it feels like everyone is so busy in their own stuff & are so caught up in their own life that you’re all alone, you’ve no one & you’re on your own. It feels bad, sad, lonely & worthless. It seems like your emotions, your feelings are not valid to anyone, not to your friends, to your family & sometimes not even to your own self.?

But, I want you to know, understand & believe that ALL YOUR FEELINGS ARE VALID! IT IS OKAY TO FEEL YOUR FEELINGS. It is okay to feel sad, lonely, anxious, depressed, bad & all of this negativity. But, what is not okay is to believe that whatever you’re feeling right now & whatever is going on in your life at the moment is the truth or it is your truth, or it is what life has decided for you to have & it is your destiny or your ultimate destination .?

You’re much more than all of it. Your life is much more than all these negative emotions. You need to stay strong & act strong because all these negative emotions & feelings are a part of your life & not your whole life. This small patch or phase doesn’t describe who you are & what you can be in future.?

There will be times when situations & circumstances will force you to believe that this negativity is the end of it all. But you require to be stronger, stand tall in front of all your weaknesses & show it to the world that you’re not a single drop of the ocean but you’re the entire ocean in one drop.?

Life comes at all of us, well we’re all sent here to deal with new experiences daily. Life tries to pull us down, tries to put a stop to us, tries to make us believe that we’re alone & worthless. But it is we who need to know that we’re in progress to become the better self & are in progress for fixing life up & growing. WE’RE STRONGER THAN WE KNOW & THINK! We should definitely feel our feelings but we should never let them take control over us. This is what, that defines us as a person! ❣️

Creating a happy life is not difficult, yet everyone has a different perspective of what a happy life means to them. So, therefore, what makes you happy? What is your definition of a happy life? Are you living your best life right now? Ask these questions to yourself, analyze your life, your thoughts, your situations & if the answers to these questions is a ‘no’ then don’t you think a change is required? If yes, then are you ready to work towards it? ?

We humans, complicate life, to be honest. Like I said, creating happiness is not a difficult task to do at all! You just need to know what you want & just go for it! It is like when you start to appreciate life more, it helps you to live & get the best of everything in return. Just know one thing that ‘you are the creator of your own happiness, not anything or anyone else.’ The past is your lesson. The present is your gift. The future is your motivation. ?

To some people happiness may mean eating a chocolate, to some it may mean getting a good opportunity, to some it might be gaining some weight while to some it might be losing it. But at the end all it requires is to be happy, feel lighter & have that smile on your beautiful face when you go to sleep at night. ?

As you move to the higher stages on the path of self-mastery, you will develop your own philosophy about the way life works & your place within it. You ought to select the truths of others that resonate with the deepest part of you. You’ll integrate the #wisdom of others that rings true to you. While you’ll discard those ideas that do not speak to you & fail to make sense.? In doing so, you’ll forge your own authentic code & personal constitution for living your biggest life. THAT’S WHEN YOU BEGIN TO SHINE & ALL IT TAKES IS TO START TO WORK TOWARDS THE CHANGE, WORK TOWARDS YOUR OWN HAPPINESS & A HAPPY LIFE. ❤️
